It is not required that students have a meal plan but it is greatly encouraged for its convenience and value!
How Do I Sign Up?

Woodward Ave (Woodard Parking Garage), next to the FSU Bookstore.
How Do I Pay for My Meal Plan?
Your meal plan will be billed to your myFSU account and can be viewed and paid online at fees.fsu.edu.
How do I Find my EMPLID Number?

Will My Meal Plan Automatically Renew for the Next Semester?
Yes, meal plans are two-semester contracts – the plan amount will be billed to your myFSU fees account in both the fall and spring semesters.
Will my Dining Dollars Expire?
Unused Dining Dollars will roll over each semester until graduation, or until the student departs from the university.
What is Round Up?
Round Up for FSU gives customers at specific campus retail locations the opportunity to "Round Up" their purchases to the nearest quarter ($0.25). The difference is automatically donated to the FSU Food For Thought Student Food Pantry. Round Up is conducted solely on a voluntary basis, and only applies to point of sale purchases with cash, credit, and debit.

The cash equivalency dining option provides students an opportunity to add variety to their daily meals by exchanging one meal swipe per day for a meal up to a $6.50 value at any of the following locations:
4 Rivers Smokehouse, Bento Sushi at 1851, Brooklyn Pizza, Chick-fil-A, C.O.E Café, The Den, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Pollo Tropical, Panda Express, Panera Bread, Proof at FSU, Shake Smart, Halal Shack, Subway, Tally Mac Shack at 1851, Three Torches, Joe Mama's at 1851, and Vato Tacos at 1851. You start the semester with the 100 Renegade plan to dine at Chick-fil-A on day 1. The ticket price is 8.99. You exchange one meal swipe for $6.50. You are now at 99 Swipes. You then pay the remaining balance of $2.49 with Dining Dollars.
The value of Cash Equivalency will increase to $7 in the Fall 2023 semester.
All Fall and Spring dining plans include three (3) guest passes per semester in addition to the total allotted meals that are already included in the dining plan. These three (3) guest passes may be used for a friend or family member in any all you care to eat dining venue. The dining plan holder whose name appears on the corresponding FSUCard must be present to redeem the guest pass. The dining plan holder should alert the cashier if they intend to use a guest pass swipe. Up to three (3) guest passes per semester may be donated to the FSU Food for Thought Pantry here. Any unused guest passes at the end of each semester will be forfeited and will not roll over to the next semester.
